Order Processing
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3–5 business days for production before your item is shipped.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the destination country and the closest Gelato production partner. Approximate delivery times after production are:

Shipping Costs
We offer free UK shipping. Shipping costs are included in the price of each product—what you see at checkout is what you pay. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you choose.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking where available. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (outside the UK), customs and import duties may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@paletteandlens.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
